This massage is to return inward the Pectoralis major muscle as well as the sternocostal portion which were extended outward.
As the point of this massage,
you have to start from outward side of your body to inward side.
The know-how
1) Put your hands on the sternocostal portion which are next to your breast.
2) Breathe in, then push the sternocostal portion as having an image “into your body”.
Breathe out, then move your hands as pressing them to your stomach a little hard.
10 times for each breast.
3. Breast enlargement massage part 3 (back and armpit odor)
This massage is to return Pectoralis major muscle to the center of the body
after moved to side of the center,
and your breasts will be in an upward direction.
As the point of this massage as well,
you have to start from outward side of your body to inward side.
The know-how
1) Breathe in as putting your hand from the other side under your armpit odor.
2) Breathe out as put your strength in your hand,
then push the muscle of your armpit odor,

3) Keep pushing, then move your hands from armpit odor to your shoulder,
along outline of the base of your arm.
4) Breathe in again, and repeat 1) to 3). 10 times for each side.

you have to start from outward side of your body to inward side.

1) Put your hand at the side part of your breast.
2) Push your breast at the side part along the outline of it by the base of your thumb which you see as soft.
Since your hand was at the side part of your breast,
then move onto the top along the outline,
your thumb proceeds obliquely upward.
3) When your thumb comes to under the center of the collarbone,
keep pushing there for 5 seconds as breathing out little by little.
4) Put your hand at the side part of your breast.
5) Push your breast at the side part along the outline of them
by the base of your thumb which you see as soft.
Since your hand was at the side part of your breast,
then move onto bottom part along the outline,
your thumb proceeds obliquely downward.
6) When your thumb comes to the center of the sternocostal portion
( between your nipples),
keep pushing there for 5 seconds as breathing out little by little.
10times each for each breast
5. Breast enlargement exercise part 1 (isometrics)
You cannot tell breast enlargement without this exercise.
This is common exercise and it trains the Pectoralis major muscle.
The know-how
1) Put your elbow up,then put your hands together
so that the bottom parts of your elbows make a straight line under your breasts.
2) Push your hands each other. Put your strength from your elbow
3) Keep pushing for 10 to 15 seconds.

6. Breast enlargement exercise 2 (Tuck lunch)

1) Lay yourself down, as lying your back, and bring your legs up and twist them.

1) The points “Tenkei” are at both sides of the outline of your breast
