8 easy exercises, 5 minutes a day for neck wrinkles

Neck wrinkles make you look older depending on the amount or how deep they are.

1. Stretch

First, stick out the bottom of your chin,

then open your mouth widely and a bit exaggeratedly like you make a sound “EE”.

Do it like you pull your lips to the sides to make sinews on your neck.

Keep the position for 10 seconds and repeat that 3 times.

2. Turning around neck

 

Straighten your back and look forward.

Relax your body under shoulders at the same time.

Pull in your chin and hold, then slowly turn around your neck from the right side,

taking about 5 seconds in one time.
Do as the same from the left side.

Repeat those 5 times. It is more effective doing the exercise by looking at a mirror,

so you can be aware of expansion and contraction of neck wrinkles and decollete line.

 

3. Lymph massage

 

First massage from your mouth to bottom of chin and neck using your finger,

from top to down 10 times.

Then massage the center of your neck to an ear 10 times.

Next, massage the bottom of the ear to clavicle 10 times.

It will be more effective to do lymph massage

when your body is warmed up like after a bath time.

Also if you take 300ml of water after the massage,

that will make lymph travels through well and excrete waste matter from the body.

It will be good to use your favorable flavor of massage oil or cream

to make your hand move and skin smoother,

which may make you more relaxed.

When you do massage, don’t put too much pressure.

You don’t need the power like you feel a pain.


4. Sticking out tongue stretch

 

Bend your neck and look up and straighten your back.

Stick out your tongue straight like you touch the ceiling and hold it for 10 seconds.

Then put your tongue in and put your neck back.

That is one set, and repeat that 3 to 5 times.

It will be effective if you stick out your tongue hard.

You can do this exercise after brushing your teeth or during taking a bath when nobody is around you.

 

5. Turing around your head

 

Move your shoulders up and down, turn around your head slowly and relax.

Then move your head widely from the side to side.

After the prep exercise, put your index fingers together and turn them around.

Set fingers as a viewpoint and turn your head in a wide circle.

Fixing your head when turning helps the muscle of neck improve.

 

6. Stretch neck wrinkles

 

Grab your right ear with your left hand from back side then take the left shoulder with right hand.

Hold the position and stretch your neck to a side slowly.

Then touch one side of shoulder using chin and stretch your neck well.

Do the same for the opposite side.

Those are one set, and repeat both side 3 times each.

It stretches the muscle of neck. The blood flow will be better and refreshes your head,

so it will be better if you do that during a short break time or lunck time.

 

7. Say it aloud

 

Roll your tongue like you make a sound “R”,

then push the rolled tongue hard. Repeat that 6 times.

If you actually say “r” aloud, it will be easier to make a toll.

This stretch taxes the muscle of chin and helps to decrease the sags of chin.

 

8. Massage

 

Put your head back down and stretch your neck well.

Put body cream or lotion cream and massage

4 to 6 times from chin to the Adams apple like you spread the cream.

Then massage 4 to 6 times from the Adams apple to the back of your neck,

then massage 4 to 6 times from the Adams apple to shoulders.

Remember to massage only to one way to another.
