And then, you need abdominal breathing when you give a whistle exactly.

2:exercise with plastic bottle
Prepare 2L of plastic bottle with empty.
Stand with spread legs about shoulder width apart and make a shape of your mouth ‘ho’.
Breath out with saying ‘ho’ and then hold plastic bottle with your mouth.

keep it 8 seconds after that flatten your stomach and breath out with saying ‘ho’.

Make your mouth narrower,
then stimulus with tongue inside of cheek, left, down, right and up.

Aim for 3 time of clockwise and 3 times of anticlockwise.

If so, massage back of the neck from top to bottom with your finger.

Move left to right with your tongue out, with your head back and crane your neck.

massage back of the neck from top to bottom with your finger

5:puff out your cheeks
There is a massage to turn off the nasolabial fold,
it might have the opposite effect to have a pressure and damaging to your skin.
So, it is a good exercise to turn off the nasolabial fold without touch your skin.
This exercise is simple that just puff out your cheeks,
but it’s also good to puff out rhythmically like up, right, down and left.
