These 2 are basic ingredients to make handmade lotion.
・purified water(or tab water filtration with purifier.
・Glycerin(better for skin if it’s vegetable)
You can get it at phermacy in reasonable price.
It is enough to keep moisture for sensitive skin,
becouse grlycerin has effective to collect moisture in the air if you add it a lot.
If you have oily skin, you don’ need to add it too much.
