Effect 5 minutes a day!Simple exercises for upper arm.

We have upper arm in our mind during light clothes season.

Your upper arm get swing from sleeveless?

Fat upper arm seems cute but eventually slim and slender upper arm is our adoration.

But, it seems difficult for upper arm exercises. I introduce simple exercises to get part of slim.

1. Push-up is no longer effective. Exercises with using elbow.

 

In order to strain upper arm, we first think of push-up.

But, it is so hard to support our body weight by only our arm power.

I guess many people gave it up before because of hard and painful.

If you commit yourself to do upper arm exercises, there is no meaning without long term.

I introduce a way which can get almost same effect but more easier for such a girls.

Firstly, lie on your back on bed which is not too soft.

Pose for standing at attention. Then, put some muscle around both of elbows, and try to raise your body up.

Image for poking out your elbows backward.

This must be so hard, but keep this pose for a few seconds and back to original position slowly.

Please try to keep this for 5 minutes per a day.

Different from push-up, we can put a load by our body weight.

We can strain upper arm effectively without hard burden.

 

2. Exercises for floating hip without being seen at office.

 

We are delighted if we can do exercises without being seen during sitting at home and office.

It makes it possible that exercises for floating hip!

You sit a chair with arms and put your hand on the arms.

Then, put some muscle around the flat of a hand, and keep it for a few seconds with your hip floating.

That’s it.

We can do it without moving our body, no one may notice that we are exercising at office.

Point is that we don’t open our side.

A condition which covers our side tightly is more effective burden and we can get upper arm exercises.

 

3. Exercises for flat of a hand we can do at office too.

 

It is okay if your chair at office don’t have armrest!

There is an exercises that we can strain upper arm with sitting.

Firstly, sit in a chair with facing front straightly and put your hands on table.

In this time, it is important that only one hand goes downward and the other hand goes upward.

Using the hand with flat of a hand upward,

put some muscle toward down like a image of pushing table strongly,and keep it for a few seconds.

Do you feel that muscle get strained which is back side of upper arm?

At a glance it looks like that we are just sitting on a chair.

We can do the exercises without being seen during work and study.

I recommand it for people who don’t take much time for exercises.

 

4. Easy pet bottle stretch for people who want to try a little.

 

If you want to improve swing upper arm, it is a standard way to strain muscle.

But, some people feel hard to do push-up or to lift heavy dumbbell.

I recommand easy stretch using pet bottle for the people.

We put some water in a pet bottle which has 500ml size.

We can arrange its weight to meet us.

At first, start it with small quantity, and gradually increase the amount of water.

It should not be so hard.

How to do is that stand up straightly with pulling your back upright.

Open your feet with shoulder-width apart.

Firstly, put pet bottle on your right hand and raise it upright.

Next, with supporting your right elbow by left hand, repeat to bend and stretch your right elbow.

After repeating in several times, put pet bottle to left hand and do the same motion.

Point is that we fix our elbows tidy and we are aware that we don’t seperate our arms from body.

It is okay to do slowly.

If we exercises with aware that muscle of upper arm is moving correctly, we get more effect.

We find that our upper arm get burden if we move pet bottle down to up slowly.

It is simple, but it is effective stretch unexpectedly.

 

Summary

 

If we try to get upper arm exercises, we don’t need special exercises and time.

Once we get some points, we can do exercises easily whenever and wherever  if we have just 5 minutes per a day.

I guess you doubt that nothing will be changed for just 5 minutes per a day.

You can get slim upper arm if you keep exercises for the 5 minutes!
